Moderate ruby red. Intense aromas of black licorice along with strawberry and some earth. Powerful red fruit on the palate finishing with dry tannins and cinnamon. Made from organically farmed grapes fermented whole cluster with indigenous yeasts and aged in neutral oak, it is drinking beautifully now.

Deep garnet. Wet maple leaves, sweet cherries. Medium plus acidity, medium minus sugar, medium plus alcohol. Guessed it to be a CdP, close enough.
