2006 Clerico Massimo Lessona - one of the sexiest wines I've enjoyed in a while. Aromas of dried roses, herbs and ripe cherry with a smooth silky texture of dried cherry, plum, leather and sweet tobacco. Developed nicely in the decanter for two hours. This wine is singing a beautiful harmonious tune that can be enjoyed now and over the next decade.

High tannin and somewhat tired fruit. Heavy French oak makes this seem like American oak (vanilla/coconut shavings). Disappointed. People love this on here, I think it's ok.
