Dry and fleshy. Hint of sour skin. Bubble front, prickle back.

Found in the Putney VT co-op. 6.2% alcohol, very pale, lightly floral and slightly acidic. No specific apple varieties. Blend. Fine example of VT cider. Well balanced and slightly sweet.
