Arete Stags Leap District Cabernet Sauvignon

This was a fantastic wine, that did not disappoint. A rich taste and a bold mouthful , with a long finish.

Great nose. Initially tastes a hair ripe and needing another couple years to add subtlety. After an hour of getting air, it did get better. Admittedly expected more however.

Ho Hum of a wine - don’t like it or dislike it particularly - unremarkable.
