Light bodied wine on the palette. Purple in the glass. Not much on the nose other than a bit of spice. Fruity on the palette and earthy. No lingering finish.

Little hot at first sip. As other reviewers stated; gets better after getting some air. Nice wine for 15 bucks a bottle. Good every day wine. Had it with some grilled pork chops that was seasoned with paprika. Smelled alcohol on the nose but good dark fruit afterwards and not as tannic as the nose led me to think

For the $$? This is the cab to buy. The 2012 is big on blackberry. Like a handful of blackberries. Then a bit of vanilla and clove/spice. For about $15 this is a very nice wine.
