Very slight sweetness that adds balance. Very nice, clean taste that is well balanced with a good boldness. Really enjoyed this and would buy it again.

This 100% Cabernet wine displays ample aromas and rich flavors of blackberry, blueberries, black cherry, and black plums along with hints of vanilla, black raspberry and white pepper. It shows a unique combination of richness, power, and balance in its soft, low-acid approach and its multi-layered and long finish. Paired with pork cutlet and cranberry jam sauce.

Terrific, if not underrated. Lots of berry with a loamy finish, mixed with notes of mushroom and tobacco leaves. Secondary flavors are quite prominent. Had to cork it for a couple of days and it didn’t hold up well, becoming rather one dimensional and uninteresting.
