Sour cherry, violet, spices, wow what a nose! The palate is magic. A very strong acid backbone that goes for ever. Great width with a soft touch on the sides but a nice matter with a bit of weight. A radiant sour cherry all along and then, in mid palate, magic 😮. Grainy tannins which leave a layer all over an expanding finish with cherry and a touch of bitterness. This is great. It got an hour decant.

Smooth and brighter than expected. Still has that earthiness of a Cahors.
