My first time with this producer. Very enjoyable and classic. Lemon, limestone, chalk, caramel dipped underripe Granny Smith apple, and a fruit taste I commonly get with Pinot meunier. Not sure if it’s included, but I’d venture to say it has a fair bit. On the lighter side with a fresh bite at the end.
