It’s Rosé season and how groovy does this one look from France! Les Dauphins is a winery in the Cotes du Rhône region in France and is made of 75% Grenache, 15% Cinsault and 10% Syrah.
It’s a brilliant pinky peach colour on the eye. Delicate notes of grapefruit, fresh herbs and lychee dominate the fragrance for me. In the mouth it’s incredibly refreshing with a crisp, clean finish.
All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy! #tcweekdaywine #tctastingnotes

Sep 15th, 2019Promising nose and first impression but the lingering notes weren't quite as good to my tastes. Purple, light-bodied and dry. It has its good points.
