Dynamite.
Top wine of the month (or 2) for me. Very complex, it has been changing since open. Mix of ash, mint, blue/berries, anise. Some acid and grippy tannins remain. Nice and clean. Rim color just starting to make the turn toward brickish. Could be held longer, I suspect.

In my top 3 Priorats ever.

One of my favorite reds, ready and waiting, this oh so perfect panoply of gracious grapes wins one over from first blush to unctuous finish complimenting an amazing plate of olive oil infused, pepper sprinkled summer tomatoes and Japanese eggplant slivers with their spongey, chewy qualities, perhaps challenging a nice piece of bread:)!

Velvety smooth top to bottom. I like it slightly cooler than others (perhaps; 58•F). Intoxicating nose encourages a sip, then a continued pull, then letting it settle and drift down one's throat..:)
