Lulu Berlue is a recipe that sounds more interesting than it tastes - carbonic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Grolleau. It’s lighter than you’d expect. Lean and full of blackberry and raspberry and not too different than the last few vintages from Beaujolais. Some little fun bits - piney mint, menthol, tobacco, bitter green stems. Pulpy and murky.
