Nice one. It was sold to me as “dry and minerally” but it’s not that. On the dry side but not minerally. It’s a bit floral on the nose, honey, soft, (everyone says apple and yes it’s there). Certainly more complex than I expected and about to pair really well with the pollock I’m cooking up! If I remember correctly a very good value.

Light, crisp and refreshing. Plenty of acidity but could use some more body and fruit to balance the wine. Fairly quaffable.
