This 2006 vintage is ruby red in color with rust edges and really show well with 10 years of age. It is well balanced and drinks amazing! Showing, Plum, black current, licorice, tobacco and graphite flavor, while the oak is not predominant it does accentuate the dark fruit nicely. This wine drinks beautifully now with little or no decanting but could still hold up in a cellar for another 10 year. 1/30/2016
