It felt a little sour at the beginning when opened. However, after opening and leaving it in an air for a bit, taste settled and became a lot less sour. Goes well with a grilled meat and veggies.

Fruity and a bit light for steak. Not ideally bold or structured enough for grilled steak. Maybe pork? Or a more mild cheese. Still very good
