Beautiful rose gold color, lots of bubbles. Bread on the nose with hints of green apples, ripe honeycrisps, a little nail polish remover. Palette sees fresh, ripe apples, medium+ acid, a complex long, smooth finish. Delightful sparkling that (IMO) is far better than non rose brut. Fun with popcorn and oscars!

Well balanced, precise, a bit tart but not unpleasantly so. Moderate leesy character. Lemon, lemon curd, raspberry and toasted brioche.
