C'est cidre. Drank the first third straight from the bottle as this erupted upon opening - was not expecting this level of carbonation. Bubbles are big but drop off quickly. Off-dry and hits all the right notes flavor-wise. This will be excellent after sport - refreshing at 4% ABV, though the bubs are a bit distracting and may impede rapid consumption. A viable alternative to German wheat beers and lighter Belgian styles.

Ch. Hosseini, dec 30.
I intend to buy out whole foods of their stock and hoard this Normand cidre. Succulent and dry. Cloudy, with a bit of vinegar on the nose. Persistent yeast and juicy tart apple flavors with a dry wooded finish.
