1998 was hot. This particular bottle survived in the back of the cupboard for many many. Finally in a foolhardy fit of fancy we fought our way through a crumbling cork. Some filtering later (whoah, serious sediment) the results were worthwhile. Well rounded. Balanced even. Wish I knew more about what it was supposed to taste like. Can't say it was the bold fruity number promised on the label - all the better for it too.
