A wonderful dry sparkling Riesling. Tropical fruits with a jazzy finish on the tongue. Exceptional. Discovered it at a cheese tasting then made the trip to the to purchase. Can’t wait to get more.

Nose has warmed green apple, lemon-lime seltzer, stainless steel and dry sandstone.
Palate has dried apple chips, frozen peach, tart green apple flesh with light sweetness and a dry finish.
Current release in our cellar as of Summer Solstice 2020, perfect for a hot/humid day in the Berkshires. (We really need to drink these sooner, or FLX '18 was a standout vintage, this is a great bottle.)
Manually carbonated via soapstone bubbler in a pressure tank.

Simple citrus, but super clean, refreshing, and reliable. Perfect for the beach. I was a little worried about the bubbles holding up after a few years but they did!

Delicious cab franc from NY. Might have to visit the winery one day. Perfect for fall/winter nights. Will absolutely buy again.
