Pure, red sour cherry, high acid. Started with the barest hint of smoke and midpalate creaminess that signaled a little barrique, but I'd never guess it now. Doesn't have the density or warmth displayed by many wines from Montalcino or the raggedness of tannin & high-flying aromatics of Chianti Classico. Nice stuff, probably needs another 2-3 years

Аккуратный нос, чуть редуктивный, с вяленой вишней, цветочными тонами, чаем, красивый. Тело умеренно плотное, вкус суховатый, красные ягоды, чай, вишня.
