Grape: Albilla de Manchuela. Fresh, complex, wide taste in mouth and very pleasant. Excellent.

First time have wine made from Abillo grape, a native varietal from La Mancha, medium yellow color, very mineral nose, salty sea breeze and oyster shell, medium acidity with good mouthfeel, tastes of Granny Smiths apple and grapefruit, medium body unfiltered, finish is crisp and lemony.
