Ripe dark berry fruits, cassis, light vanilla, autumn leaves, and hint of cured meat fill the dark brooding nose. Fresh cherry and raspberry, peppery spice add to flavors. Medium to full body. The acidity is as good as it gets - round , vivid but not obstructive. The lightly candied tannins are soft yet assertive.
Supposedly one vine only produces one bottle, hence the name Una Cepa. A superb RdD.
