Very dark ruby red, with amazing brilliancy. Delicious aromas of great intensity, with scents of talc and dark plum. Great presentation on the palate, with commanding structure and enviable dark cherry flavors. The lack of complexity is beautifully compensated by great fruit content, very desirable harmony, admirable structure of great length and maturity, and a long finish of tobacco notes and fine expresso coffee. The Wine Advicate gave this wine 90 pts. I will give it one more. 91 pts.
