Interesting drink over 2 days. Immediately after PnP the nose was tight but palate was quiet good - black cherry, leather and spice. After warming up and getting air the EtOH become more noticeable and the fruits were more red. The next day felt more integrated so hopeful to see where it ends up in several more years
