My brother turned me on to Faustino I Rioja Tinto Gran Reserva (as well as all its other Roman numerals) which he was digging while living in Spain. Since then, I have remained a fan. This one, drinks like a wine twice its size with a wonderful earth-centric nose followed by a giant fruit explosion (red&blue) tannin proper with right acid mix as it clings before free-falling down one's throat coaxing yet another quick swig😎. I am loving this with Haven's (Tampa, FL) venison tartare...
