Not a Bourbon guy, but this was ridiculously good. Single barrel Blanton's. They don't cut this before bottling, so you end up with a 128 proof smack to the face that carries cinnamon, burnt caramel, and cream. It's almost viscous, coating your mouth. Don't plan on drinking anything after this... your palate will be blown!
