One of Mark's contribution as we often discuss TX wine. I'll be honest...this is up there with the best TX reds I've had. Dominant trait here is candy. Candied fruits, candied nuts. Shoot, even Swedish fish like for the red fruit. Could use a few years but very promising for a TX red!

Baked cherry pie, cranberries, sour cherries, smoke. A bit fruit forward but bright tangy acidity balances the palate. Good with anything tomato & basil.
