This was a nice surprise. A more subtle IPA than most, but with plenty of hoppy goodness. Earthy tones with a smooth finish. Best of all is this is a bottle conditioned ale meaning very smooth head with smaller more delicate bubbles. As with all fine bottle conditioned ales, pour it slowly to avoid the small amount of sediment on the bottom.
