Biagio says this a dry Moscato di Saracena which i like. Honestly 20% of Moscatello is a bit too much for my palate, but i realise that having the Moscato in the blend here has so much traditional meaning. Rest of the blend are 40% each guarnaccia bianca and malvasia. A very summery wine
