Spice, asparagus-celery-grassiness, dark fruit and a wonderful gaminess on the nose (no doubt from the carmenere). Plum and mocha on the palette. Nice finish. Paired with a grilled bone in veal chop with Maple syrup , Dijon, chipotle and ancho pepper sauce.

Full body a little dry. Interesting blend with the carmenere. Slight oaky finish. Worked well with pineapple mango grilled chicken.
