Very volatile on bottle open. Splash decanted it and left it to come up to temperature and it opened up nicely to pretty + assertive notes of apricot, orange rind, honeysuckle and walnut. Slight tannic grip. Definite bitter component. Quite unstable - came to it the next day and it had fallen apart.
