Not quite bone-dry #venezie #bianco blend. The Sauvignon Blanc is bold up front, some grassy and tropical fruit notes, lovely acidity and just a nice crisp light wine overall that still maintains substance. It paired nicely with vegetable pot pies with tarragon sauce.

This #trentinoaltoadige blend was even more floral and interesting than the last time I tasted it in February. It was probably drank warmer sitting by the pool on a hot summer day - delicious wine.
