Alsace Pinot Gris

Complex yet light white wine. Rounder than the dry rieslings from Alsace. Great cheese wine or just to have on the porch. Could hold up well to spice too.

Much more complex than a standard Pinot Grigio. Peppery on the nose with a lot of minerality on the palate.

Reduced on the nose - hard to read. Zesty, snappy, pretty aromatic, but no mineral character.
