100% Chardonnay from Grand Cru vineyards in the Cotes des Blancs. This Blanc de Blancs has a lot of weight and lush fruit but there is always a nice acidic edge with Thienot even though they usually allow MLF (exception blocked MLF with 2002 "La Vigne Aux Gamins" b/c 65 year old vines & not enough acidity). And there is always a fresh, clean profile with their wines. Incredible precision & focus while offering lots of stone fruit.
