Little bit of a reduced nose- 3 months on lees and shows- good acid and brioche.

Rounded palate and medium bodied. Beeswax, honey, orange blossoms. As it opens, some lovely citrus and minerality comes out!

Trying two bottles netted the same results -- tastes like the smell of cat litter. That is not minerality I enjoy.
I knew Chablis, and you sir, are no Chablis (style).

Pretty basic. Pink grapefruit, honey, floral on the nose. Pear and acidic on the tongue.

Viscous. A lot of spice. Good acid. Not sure that Godello is my thing though

Easy drinking w round texture and notes of green melon, citrus, pear and saline accents. Paired nicely w blackened, spiced chicken. (8.7/8.8)
