Easy drinking but well made bubbly from the Loire. Made by the Traditional Method but with no autolysis and with delicious strawberry fruit notes.

This is a decent crémant, but not a lot of complexity or structure. You can tell it’s been ages in the lees with its yeasty, bready notes but not much else going on. No vintage on the bottle.
