An expressive and bright nose with notes of black fruits, cracked black pepper, game and leather. The palate is juicy but structured with great acidity and firm tannins. Spicy flavors of fig and plum lead to notes of menthol, dried herbs, oak and white pepper. The finish is extremely long with fresh acidity and a nice finishing touch of fruit. A beautiful wine that pairs fantastically with Boeuf Bourguignon.
