Delicious. So juicy and nuanced. There’s so much concentration! The barrel fermentation is perfect in my opinion. There’s a little bit of intentional reduction and there are some popcorn aromas as well. Цвет бело-золотистый. Аромат достаточно насыщенный, сильно пряный, с тонами мускатного ореха на подложке из белых яблок и леденцов. Свежий, чуть-чуть остро-пряный. Тело умеренно плотное, вкус леденцово-яблочный, простой свежий. Послевкусие продолжительное, пряное. Симпатично.
