Beautiful pale salmon pink color with very fine, persistent, fast bubbles. Gentile strawberry and mineral nose. Crisp and dry with creamy bubbles and wonderful, fresh acidity. Soft flavors of red currant and strawberry. Finish finish is long, crisp and elegant. — 8 years ago

Wowza! Nice fruit/savory balance with aromas of spicy hibiscus, pomegranate, cedar, cinnamon red hots and menthol emanating from the glass (not to mention gobs of white pepper) followed by a palate full o' chalky tannins and mineral-laden acidity. Great value at $15. I would totally buy this for my list..........if I still had a list. : ( — 9 years ago
