A very interesting Grigio. Definite Gris oiliness but some nice acid to carry it through. Good apples and pears on the nose. Worked well with a quiche Lorraine and rocket salad. — 11 years ago

Acid increased as wine warms up. Once room temp, Gris drops away and the acid is dominant... Good wine to try to demonstrate the difference between Gris ( when cold) and Grigio ( when warm)...
