A powerful wine, dark berries, quite spicy, good acidity and firm tannin, with long aging potential — 10 years ago
signature PYCM on the nose, reductive minerality, honeysuckle, white peach and peach blossom. On the palate, lots of floral undertones, a hint of toasty oak and a ton of minerality. Outstanding but short of the razor acidity of en refills, maybe due to the warmer vintage — 2 years ago
Pale yellow. Lemon rind, dusty tones, almond oil, minerals. Enjoyable. — 5 years ago
Ce vin a toujours autant de fraîcheur qu’au debut. Excellent 👌 — 6 years ago
2006 Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Batard Montrachet. White burgundy course during K charity wine dinner, alongside the '07 Lafon Montrachet. This wine had a little more acidity, pineapple, brioche, and light minerality. Gorgeous wine, but definitely lighter and a touch more acidic than the Lafon. Always great! — 7 years ago

Lunchtime fireside wine. Yum. — 9 years ago
Slight floral quality to the edgy sweetness and gorgeous black fruit. I suspect some co-fermentation here (Viognier). Lovely, lively, and lithe on the palate. Plenty of acids here, so this will pair with nearly any meats. Just to reiterate, this is not your typical Paso syrah (no offense), but an elegant rendition of the grape. — 9 years ago

Awesome. Rich oak flips to tart acidic lemon and minerals. Ridiculously well balanced. — 6 years ago
Très bon, violette, cassis, mûre, bel équilibre. Bon à boire mais à une petite acidité qui lui présage un bel avenir — 8 years ago

Almost menthol - all of the jam is nicely integrated. Just a hint of smoke and intrigue. — 7 months ago
