This was the last vintage for the founder of Yarra Yering, Dr Bailey Carrodus before he passed. Classic Cabernet aromas - a slight greenish asparagus note which diminished with time. Medium weight palate with fine Tannins. YY is traditionally one of the best producers in the Yarra Valley and this is the 2nd ranked Cabernet cuvée.
