2nd go round on this guy. A light garnet in color. Very subtle nose. A lighter style Pinot that was very complimentary to our salmon. More of a delightful experience the second time around. — 5 years ago
Powerful, tense, boney structure. Will be long lived. — 6 years ago

Rocking Yarra Pinot! Pure, plenty of bite, so elegant with bags of personality. Amazing — 9 years ago
Pepper and spice and all things nice as the saying goes as well as a violet note. Very youthful at 10 years of age. The following night a blackcurrant peppery note. Good persistence and length on the medium bodied palate. Tom Carson, the owner and winemaker of Serrat (a Catalonian word meaning close planting - in this case 8800 vines per hectare - one bottle of wine per vine). Tom is also the chief winemaker at Yabby Lake and an in demand Show Judge with a very good palate - Serrat is his private venture with French wife, Nadege. They also import a small excellent range of Burgundy. — 10 months ago
Legit. Fleshy but not overwhelming with vibrant acidity. Neutral oak. Great unique take on chardonnay. This is perfect for what I remember about summer days in Australia. — 3 years ago
Glorious nose. Full, broad palate. Stone fruit, lees, dried apple, grapefruit and a savoury, flinty element. — 6 years ago
Spicy but smoothly finished. Nice berries on the nose. Drinking really well right now. — 8 years ago
Lemon curd and citrus fruits. The acidity is quite sharp but there is just enough oak to bring it into a reasonable balance. Good effort at this price point. 88 pts. — 9 years ago
Great Cabernet with a smooth finish. Had the 2012 — 9 years ago
This is impressive. Pure fruit, great balance, deep enticing aromas, wonderful texture. I'd love to see this with a few years behind it but tts drinking well enough now. — 9 years ago
In the zone! Delicious! — 2 years ago
Special and powerful aroma mixed oak and fruitiness, tropical. Sharp woody but rich. Citrus. Minerally. On the way to be matured. But specially complexity. Temperature raising, deeply tasty wine. 2016 @700/100ml(4800), Enoteca T, 211010 — 3 years ago
More delicate and filigree than Wombat. Traditional chablis profile - citrus, some mineral and spice from oak. Linear and focused with strong acid spine. — 3 years ago
Awesome entry level Pinot. Tremendous value. Great uncomplicated Pinot from a ripping Yarra Valley vintage. — 6 years ago
On a roll with me down under buddies. Y'all know how I feel about Pat Sullivan. Like a juicy clementine being rubbed into yer gums. Magic. I've got to go on to a tasting sesh after this with Tutto and Gergovie; already in no fit state. Updates coming up. — 8 years ago
Oily, medium bodied, hint of oak but not overpowering — 9 years ago

Aromatics of bright red cherries which extend through to the crunchy palate. Made for drinking in its youth. Mike Bennie pretty much sums it up by saying “right in the zone of complexity and drinkability”. Barb thought too light. Probably a better summer drink than the middle of winter. — 10 months ago
