Opened a wedding present that's now got a bit of age on it. Bouquet and taste that's still passionate. Must be a good sign. — 11 years ago

2009 vintage. At The Arts Club. Pale lemon hue. Very clean nose, chalky, citrus fruit (fresh) character, slight rubbery TDN development in the background. On the palette, slight impression of some residual sugar (possibly off dry), high integrated acidity, medium plus concentration, medium alcohol, medium plus finish, very clean and precise - no angles but lots of flavour. Steely and wet stone character and a lovely full texture to the wine. Very good. — 10 years ago
