Slightly musty in a good way, soft fruits. Paired with rack of lamb, roasted figs. Cecelia's third night in DC, windows open, warm night. — 10 years ago
I'm not in the mood to apologize. Because sometimes the secret you don't want to get out is that big Chards are the bees knees, the slap on the back you need to get to get that skip back in your step, the rock ballad you blast at full volume (windows up, natch)...And really, what's not to like in this crushed cashew-laid-over -candied-lemon-peel pleaser, this fleshy white peach-riddled hothouse flower, this pineapple custard cutie?? But in all seriousness, there is straight-up respectable structure here, pert-enough acidity to be fresh-ish, and a lingering finish with just enough soupçon of minerality to be decent. In short, what's not to like? ***Don't be haters, yo*** — 10 years ago
Best dry Riesling I have ever had. Went great with a chicken dish. — 11 years ago
Excellent, crisp Pinot Noir Rose. Drank this at Noble Rot in Portland on a warm evening with the windows open and the fresh air flowing. Paired perfectly with salmon. — 10 years ago
These older PM whites can be wonderful and complex (like this bottle) or elegant but a bit tired
Great to experiment with these wines to reevaluate how long their drinking windows can extend — 10 years ago
Lunchtime work Mousseux Chenin Blanc with huge bubbles but super lemon zesty on the palate. Funk to start and big back palate spritz to finish. — 11 years ago

It's really good, could use more acidity to seperate it from their c/s, as the yeast or process they use leave a deep finger print that can't be ignored through all varietals, and I know you just redid the label but can we talk? Cause it is still needing an update. Windows 95NT — 10 years ago
