Dark red and heavy bodied. Charcoal, beef tartare, apple skins, and figs on the nose. Red apple, cranberry, chocolate mousse, stewed tomatoes, and menthol on the palate. Fruits and acidity up front amd gradually dries out. Would be great around the fire or with grilled meats. — 9 years ago

A good budget red... Fruity with a nice finish. A good introduction to wine for your friends and family who say they aren't "wine drinkers" as it is much easier in the finish than a cabernet or a merlot. — 10 years ago
