Very good. — 10 years ago
I really the the philosophy behind these wines. Made by Mike Etzel and Louis-Michel Liger-Belair, the fire comes from Jory soils, the flood from willakenzie . A powerful, big, and unmistakably new world pinot -- but remarkably balanced and not without grace. Fleshy raspberries, cinnamon, and scorched earth. I could drink many of these -- if however they weren't so aggressively priced... — 10 years ago
My favorite "white made from red" wine I've had to date. Sharp finish, clean lines, aromatic. @willakenziewine #delectableapp — 11 years ago
Made by owners of Solena partners with willakenzie. All estate from highlands. Light, bright fruit, cola & coffee. 16/1 13/2 — 12 years ago
Back to back years. I think '13 was better, brighter, sharper and a little more peppery. Wonder what the pros say? #winesathome — 9 years ago

One of a kind and one of my absolute favorites. Winemaker and Propertier's notes: "Pinot Meunier takes its name from the French word Meunier, which means miller in English, because of the white, flour-like appearance of the tip of its foliage. The delicate structure of this Estate grown varietal is a good match for grilled fish and other light foods." On a side note, enjoy now or cellar for 5-7 years. — 11 years ago
The nose offers attractive floral aromas of rose petal, violet and cassis bud followed by bright red fruits and hints of spice. This is a well-balanced wine with polished tannins, bright acidity and a juicy finish. Strawberry, raspberry, and licorice permeate the palate on entry and evolve into herbal flavors and a touch of pepper. An extraordinarily versatile style of Pinot Noir that will pair well with everything from grilled salmon, to roasted chicken, to pulled-pork sandwiches, to coq au vin and beef carpaccio. Very approachable now and for another five years; its exceptional balance makes it a good candidate for aging at least ten years. — 11 years ago

Great structure and layered. Earthy, dark fruits, smoke. A very solid choice! — 9 years ago
