Great Pinot Gris with fruit from Bishop Creek and Whistling Ridge vineyards, Willamette AVA. Willakenzie soil. Neutral French acacia and oak barrels. Only 380 cases produced so if you can find it - buy it! Delicious. Apple and pear. Soft on the palette. Touch of honey. Morphed as it aired. — 6 years ago

Just amazing, wonderful wine! — 8 years ago
One of a kind and one of my absolute favorites. Winemaker and Propertier's notes: "Pinot Meunier takes its name from the French word Meunier, which means miller in English, because of the white, flour-like appearance of the tip of its foliage. The delicate structure of this Estate grown varietal is a good match for grilled fish and other light foods." On a side note, enjoy now or cellar for 5-7 years. — 9 years ago
10,000 case small producer Laurent from Bordeaux and Danielle from napa met in Oregon archery summit and willakenzie — 10 years ago
Elegant with silky texture and smooth backdropped tannins. Pinot Noir in the New World fashion yet proposed with power, expressing raspberry and cranberry notes alongside spiced hints of clove and cedar tree. Oak treatment is not overbearing and compliments the varietal well — 6 years ago
Light berry on the palate. Very thin and light cherry on the nose. — 6 years ago
On the nose, slightly candied fruits of; dark cherries, strawberries, black raspberries, pomegranate & cranberries. Vanilla, soft spice, limestone minerals, dry top soil and fresh, fragrant red florals. On the palate, ripe & slightly candied fruits; strawberries, black raspberries, pomegranate & cranberries. Nice soft spice, light intensity of baking spices, nice chalkiness, limestone minerals, a little dark turned earth, great acidity and a rich, round, well polished finish. With Fireside pizza!!! — 8 years ago
I really the the philosophy behind these wines. Made by Mike Etzel and Louis-Michel Liger-Belair, the fire comes from Jory soils, the flood from willakenzie . A powerful, big, and unmistakably new world pinot -- but remarkably balanced and not without grace. Fleshy raspberries, cinnamon, and scorched earth. I could drink many of these -- if however they weren't so aggressively priced... — 9 years ago
My favorite "white made from red" wine I've had to date. Sharp finish, clean lines, aromatic. @willakenziewine #delectableapp — 9 years ago
Made by owners of Solena partners with willakenzie. All estate from highlands. Light, bright fruit, cola & coffee. 16/1 13/2 — 11 years ago
Al Shikoh
Bright medium yellow in color with aromas of lemon, green apple, and white flowers. The palate is driven by racy acidity and stony minerality. Combines fruit from predominantly Nekia soils in Salem’s Bunker Hill, Eola-Amity Hills including Lingua Franca Estate Vineyard, Yamhill-Carlton, and a small contribution from Laubejac Vineyard near Monmouth in Willakenzie soils. Very pleasant entry level wine. 13% ABV. $35. — 6 years ago
