It seems like the blend for this may change from vintage to vintage so it was hard to track down accurate percentages. Around 70% Gamay (from Morgon/Fleurie) with a bunch of other indigenous Jura varieties (could include some Petit Béclan, Gros Béclan, Geusche, Argant, Peurion, Portugais Bleu, Isabelle, Enfariné). The fruit is crunchy and spicy, well defined, with good minerality. Other reviews from past vintages mentioned Brett but I didn’t pick up any of that here. Enjoyable bottle. — 3 years ago

Fresh. 🍏 🍋❤️ Oxidized; but this is why I love it. #oxidationbeatsvaandmouseanyday — 5 years ago
Typical zin fruit and spice, but a bit lighter on the tannins. Pairs well with grilled meats. — 6 years ago
Côte-Rôtie Deep ruby with purple highlights. Clean, medium-plus nose with a riot of aromas including medicinal overtones of iodine and tar, black olive licorice, black pepper and exotic spices. Medium plus acidity, medium plus ripe tannins with all the aromas mirrored on the palate. Excellent multi-layered wine with a long finish. — 8 years ago
A blanc de noirs with personality. First notes on golden apple and yeast, minerality and golden bread with aeration, vibrant and intense on palate. A true artisan winemaker Champagne. — 9 years ago

Oh, this bottle has waited for the right moment. Initially, I planned to put it on some wine tasting but figured I must take it on our little sparkling party (where everyone brings their own bottle to share). Turned out to be a good idea.
Expressive and mineral bouquet. Lemon, wet stones, cream, Jerez. Complex, multilayered. Mineral profile with a long and flavourful aftertaste. Wet chalk in the finish. Beautiful stuff. There is a lot to discuss.

47 months. Disgorged 28 March 2019. Intense red colour for a rose, almost close to a Beaujolais noveau colour. Super expressive in the nose with strawberries and raspberries. Doesn’t disappoint in the mouth with both fruits up, front and center. Finishes clean with just enough acidity. Lush soft bubbles. Amazing. Just so quaffable. — 5 years ago
My new favorite bubbly. — 5 years ago
Bright, structured, green apple and perfume, tart. Enjoyed it - sense it will hold well over time. August 2018. — 6 years ago
Goes wonderfully with everything from Pollo Novello (yummy roasted chicken) to Caserecce con Ragu di Salsiccia (pasta w/housemade spicy sausage)... thoroughly enjoyed our meal! — 8 years ago

Excited to drink this producer. Almond croissant with a stewed fruit glaze on the nose. Palette is like you drank briney sea water then popped a jumbo marshmallow and some Fuji apple. Some aged manchego in there somewhere. Drinking quite well right now, nothing wham bam out of control about it but damn good. — 4 years ago
