Initially I rejected this wine due to it being a Merlot blend, but the Whole Foods wine steward highly recommended it and the wine was at a great price point. It is a re treat! An Amarone like wine produced using the same methods of drying the fruits, results are a rich deep colored wine, lots of slow dancing legs fm in the glass, aroma and taste were the icing on the cake.
