Love it. Fruit forward with a nice oak finish — 8 years ago
Partial barrel fermentation adds complexity to crisp notes of melon, pear and toasted nuts. — 9 years ago
When you hike in the Finger Lakes, you can easily think you're in Burgundy or Alsace. The topography is very close and the climate is just a little more continental. So the choice of grape varieties follows naturally. Pear, apple, and a little pineapple fruit come across in this wine. It has some stony and steely minerality, but less than typical for this region. There's a lot of vanilla and butter, with smoke and oak. These latter elements are too strong in my opinion. And the acidity is a little too weak. If that and the fruit were stronger this would be on par with Chablis. So it's a little off balance. But I enjoyed it very much with a salmon salad. — 9 years ago
Really solid and surprisingly special Pinot Gris here. Nice muted tropical aromas that don't attack with tutti fruitiness but offer a nice freshness.
Rounded mouthfeel with lip smacking acidity. Truly impressed by this effort. — 9 years ago
Fantastic wine from my favorite winery. Definitely not the sweetest wine, as it has a touch of bitterness to it - but it certainly blends well for an excellent flavor that goes well with food or on its own. You definitely can't go wrong with the Mallow Run Rhubarb, even if you prefer drier wines. — 10 years ago
Again, thank you 7-Eleven! — 10 years ago
Under synthetic cork so we knew we needed to drink it... Showing beautiful Riesling age with hints of petrol but still has a fresh zippy lime presence. Perfect with super spicy chicken tacos. — 10 years ago
Excellent Riesling. Not too sweet or dry with a little tartness in the finish — 12 years ago
Sippable summer wine - just sweet enough! — 7 years ago
Wait, what? Southern Oregon...where’s that, and how did they come to make such amazing white wines? The sock puppet has questions. Voluptuous density with amazing balance of floral, spice, and tropical fruit notes. Gonna have to look into this Muscat thing... — 8 years ago
Subtly sweet, like a sugar dipped lemon. Easily drinkable, slightly tart finish. Clean and smooth from the stainless steel. Citrus, buttery, soft and delicately sweet — 8 years ago
Delicious white blend. Also a percentage of the profit is donated to local foodlink — 9 years ago

Had this with a German Riesling. Lighter in color a little more alcohol 12.5%. Nice easy drinking wine — 9 years ago
Smells like a sauv blank but classic off-dry Riesling on palate. Hammer don't hurt 'em — 10 years ago

big sulphur-run reduction that makes everything unclear. gets a little better after 2hours but not what expected from this precious bottles& vintage. − 2010 vintage — 10 years ago
Smooth Gewürztraminer, and more on the sweet side. Had it while on a deck, basking in the sun, and worked great for that. — 11 years ago
free run verdelho is a lovely drop. Would happily drink with or without food. — 7 years ago
Ending the day with Georgetown sunset, Italian fresh mozzarella and a good cold white wine... (focus on Georgetown at the back scene) — 8 years ago
A refreshing surprise on a hot Virginia summer day. Not too sweet, just need more ice to keep it chilled. At the winery. — 9 years ago

Celebrating Bastille Day with the spring dinner of the Confrerie St Etienne of Alsace association. Wonderful menu and perfectly paired wines.
Wow. Leave it to the dessert wine to run away with Wine of the Night! Honeyed cashews, honeyed stone fruits, guava, pineapple, caramel and honeycomb. Like a lighter version of Dolce. Insanely good! On the hunt for some of this. Thought of you @Greg Ballington since it’s a South African wine! — 7 years ago
